When will my order be delivered?
Please allow 72 hours for online orders. We ship on Mondays and Wednesdays. Our local delivery is on Wednesdays and Fridays. Orders placed on Friday by 2:00 pm will be delivered the following Wednesday. Orders placed on Wednesday by 2:00 pm will be delivered Friday. You will be prompted to reserve your delivery time by using our online reservation system. This will help us to facilitate a seamless and convenient delivery.

Is my order delivered fresh-thawed or fresh-frozen?
We deliver local orders fresh thawed. Special requests are available if orders need to be delivered fresh-frozen, such as larger orders for one-month supply.

Do you offer an auto-ship subscription program?
Yes! We offer a 14 day or 28 day auto renewal program. An option to subscribe to this service is available at check out. By selecting this option, you are requesting we duplicate your cart in the interval chosen.

How do I cancel my subscription?
PetsWell Pantry’s subscription program will automatically renew bi-weekly or monthly (1st or the 15th of the month). You may cancel your subscription at anytime by emailing Us@PetsWellPantry.com.  Please submit your cancellation request before the next billing cycle.  Requests received after the next billing cycle will be canceled the following month.

Is PetsWell Pantry a monthly subscription? What are my options?
PetsWell Pantry is a bi-weekly or monthly subscription service that will automatically renew to ensure a seamless delivery of your pup’s fresh cooked food. All subscriptions will automatically renew either on the 1st or 15th of the month.

How do I update my account information?
You can update your personal profile such as address, email and contact number by logging into your account. Login Here.  Updates made after the billing cycle will be applied to the next shipment.

Where can I pick up your products?
Pre-paid online orders are available for local pick-up at Kitchen 66, located on 907 S Detroit Ave, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Please visit us atwww.PetsWellPantry.com to place your order, select local pick-up and book your pickup location and time.

How much do I feed my pup?
Here is our recommended feeding cart.  We recommend replacing half the amount of a premium kibble with our fresh organic Wagalicious Cuisine. Half and half mix is a cost effective strategy to include a fresh daily healthy option without breaking the bank.

Which food and treats are favorites, top sellers?
Our Wagalicious Cuisine: Chicken Pup Pie can suffice our pickiest eater! We love potatoes and so do our pups! Our 4-legged Foodies also love the Roc-Star Good Boy Treats. These vegan treats are gluten free and made with healthy organic pumpkin puree, peanut butter and other yummy organic ingredients.

How can I reorder?
We offer an online subscription program to help facilitate a seamless process to replenishment your fresh food supply for Fido.

Where are you located?
We can be seen handcrafting our fresh cooked products at Kitchen 66. Pre-paid orders can schedule for pick-up at this location.

Do you make cat food and treats?
We are currently working on some yummy Whiskerlicious Treats. Our vision is to launch our feline products in mid 2017.

Why does it state on your packaging “for supplement feeding only?
Our focus is human grade, fresh cooked pet food, naturally preserved, locally sourced to never include toxic chemicals, synthetic vitamins, oils, fillers and by-products. Real food fit for humans!  According to the AAFCO (Association of American Feed Control Officials, crude protein could, for example, be anything from chicken feathers to meat from a dead, diseased or disabled animal, all of which are allowed in the production of pet food. Also allowed in the manufacturing of pet food, not fit for human consumption is dead, diseased and disabled animals along with spoiled, rotten and dated food.
